Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MiTeam.pro (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and MiTeam.pro.

2. The service

MiTeam.pro provides grassroots football coaches with AI-generated training session plans, squad management tools, game day tracking, and parent reporting features. The Service is accessed via the web at miteam.pro.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. The Service is intended for use by adult coaches — it is not designed for or directed at children.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

One person may not maintain more than one free account to circumvent the free session limit.

4. Free tier and Pro plan

The free tier includes 3 AI session plan generations. Free tier features including squad management and Game Day Mode are available without limit.

A Pro plan offering unlimited session plans and additional features is planned. Pricing and terms for the Pro plan will be published when it launches.

We reserve the right to change the features included in each tier with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its AI outputs at scale
• Use automated tools to generate session plans in bulk or circumvent usage limits
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or another user's data
• Upload or transmit malicious code or content
• Use the Service to store sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for coaching purposes

6. AI-generated content

Session plans and other content generated by MiTeam.pro are produced by an AI model (Anthropic's Claude). While plans are grounded in established coaching frameworks (FA, UEFA, FIFA, Football Australia, KNVB), they are provided as a starting point and professional aid only.

MiTeam.pro makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Player data responsibilities

When you enter player information (name, age group, position, notes) into MiTeam.pro, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the authority to record and store this information as part of your coaching role
• You have complied with your club's data handling policies and any applicable parental consent requirements
• You will use only the minimum information necessary — we recommend first names or nicknames only
• You will not enter sensitive personal information such as medical records, home addresses, phone numbers, or full dates of birth

You retain responsibility for the player data you enter. MiTeam.pro processes this data on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create using MiTeam.pro — your player notes, coaching observations, and saved session plans are yours.

By using the Service, you grant MiTeam.pro a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models or for any other purpose.

9. Intellectual property

The MiTeam.pro name, logo, application design, and underlying software are the property of MiTeam.pro and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

AI-generated session plans produced for you by the Service may be used freely by you for your coaching activities.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content generated is accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, we disclaim all implied warranties.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MiTeam.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury on the pitch, or reliance on AI-generated session plans.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless we are required by law to retain it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
